Healthy Eating Resources

Sarah Ballantyne of The Paleo Mom, me and Stacey Toth of Paleo Parents
at their book signing even in Chicago.

I ascribe to a mostly paleo diet but I don't think everyone needs to. I do think everyone should easy a diet high in meat and vegetables and low in sugar and processed foods. Here are some resources you can check out if you're not sure where to start with healthy eating.

3 Phase Paleo- Anything and everything from Paleo Parents is great but if you need help starting out I suggest 3 Phase Paleo or Real Life Paleo.

The Domestic Man- Russ's story is great and I've never tried a recipe of his that I didn't like. His cookbook, The Ancestral Table is seriously awesome.

Against All Grain- If you're gluten sensitive or have celiac Danielle's recipes are great.

Prescribe Nutrition- The Prescribe Nutrition team has really great programs and are really down-to-earth.

100 Days of Real Food- This is one of the first websites I found when I was interested in eating healthier.

Stupid Easy Paleo

Practical Paleo

Eat the Yolks

Whole 30- If you want to jump in with both feet a Whole 30 can be a great way to overhaul your diet. Their accompanying book It Starts With Food is a worthy read too.
